New subscriber £500 John Lewis & Partners voucher promotion - terms and conditions

The terms set out below apply to the prize draw to win a £500 John Lewis & Partners voucher. The prize draw is run by FreeAgent Central Ltd. The following definitions shall apply to these terms and conditions:

"Participants", "you", "your" and "yours" are references to you, the person or entity that has entered into the free prize draw; "FreeAgent", "we", "us" and "our" are references to FreeAgent Central Ltd of One Edinburgh Quay, 133 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, EH3 9QG registered in Scotland with registration number SC316774; "Terms of Service" is a reference to the terms upon which a FreeAgent account is provided by us and which is displayed on our website.

1. To qualify for entry participants must: (i) be over 18 years of age; and (ii) sign up for a free trial of FreeAgent via the FreeAgent website (www.signup.freeagent.com/signup); and (iii) purchase a monthly or annual subscription plan directly from FreeAgent (and not via a third party); and (iv) purchase a subscription to FreeAgent before the free trial expires.
2. Entry is limited to one per participant.
3. The promoter of the draw is FreeAgent.
4. Employees and relatives of employees of FreeAgent are not permitted to enter the draw.
5. The winner of the draw will be the first qualifying participant selected at random by a computer.
6. The winner will be notified by email (to the email address registered on their FreeAgent account) within 90 days of purchasing a subscription to FreeAgent.
7. To claim the prize of a £500 John Lewis & Partners voucher, the winner must respond to the communication outlined in point 6 with their preferred email address to have the voucher sent to.
8. No cash alternatives will be available.
9. The prize must be claimed within 30 days of notification. FreeAgent shall be under no obligation to honour unclaimed prizes.
10. The prize is non-transferable. We reserve the right to substitute the prize of an equivalent value should the prize or any part of the prize become unavailable for any reason.
11. We reserve at our sole discretion to disqualify any person we find to be tampering or to have tampered with the operation of the promotion or any website or platform on which FreeAgent is organising a prize draw or competition, or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.
12. FreeAgent reserves the right to amend or vary this Prize Draw or the Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Any change to the Prize Draw or the Terms and Conditions will be displayed on this page. We cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment (whether direct or indirect) suffered or incurred by you as a result of entering this draw. We cannot be held liable for failing to receive an entry for any reason whatsoever.
13. The decision of FreeAgent Central Ltd shall be conclusive and binding on all parties in relation to the draw.
14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by Scots law and all parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
